Esp 32 cam problem after upload succesful

There is an esp 32 cam problem where the code is successfully compiled and uploading but when the serial monitor part there is an error as shown below :
it should be like this:

while mine was this with the usb plug in and out sound:

Please help me, really a dead end on my side!!
