Banding on esp32-cam image?

Hi,
I have a esp32-cam board with a wide angle camera connected.
The board is powered from a 5v 2.1A USB power supply

The video works, but I am seeing a lot of horizontal banding (see attached image)

Any ideas as to the cause...?

I see a lot of people suggesting this could be a PSU issue, though I have tried a couple with similar results...
