There are two issues, overflow and errata corruptions. Overflow recovery tends to increase errata corruptions. Did for me anyway.
If you read the posts then yes, ESP have a patch to IDF 4.1 which you will find via a link to my posts. The patch may also have been released.
There is actually a third issue in that something in IDF land is 'causing' the overflow by blocking for extensive periods (2mS). Perhaps that's me but fairly sure its Ethernet. So corruption/drop out might be higher for you than the electrical plumbing environment might suggests.
As discussed I get the data again so not a big issue for me.
