Problem to upload code in ESP32 R1 D32 kit

I'm facing a problem on upload code to ESP32 D1 R32 kit.

it gives error as below
Error 1:

My settings:
Arduino: 1.8.12 (Windows 10), Board: "ESP32 Dev Module, Enabled, Default 4MB with spiffs (1.2MB APP/1.5MB SPIFFS), 240MHz (WiFi/BT), QIO, 80MHz, 4MB (32Mb), 115200, None"

(i already updated driver for CH340 ,and my cable is working with other kit)
