How To Learn Pure C with FreeRTOS on ESP32

Hi Espressif Team,
I am pretty new here. I had been doing a lot of Arduino programming on various microcontroller. Now I am hitting to a limit which I am thinking to move on to FreeRTOS for some development applications with ESP32.

I tried to google about FreeRTOS on ESP32 examples but very limited. The only way is actually learn from examples. Is there any other books to guide me on this or references? I like to have FreeRTOS because I can see the potential with ESP32 and arduino seems that is limited by its own nature of the code. That is the reason I am considering migrating to a faster language to do more timing specific and able to fully utilize the ESP32 capabilities.

Also if you need examples: nearly all the examples in esp-idf are written in C. Just check the 'examples' directory.
