Configure partitions from ESP32 Download Tool

Is it possible to set the ESP32 partition configuration from the ESP32 Download Tool? I want to configure my device to have the following partitions:

But I don't see any options for this in the Flash Download Tools. Is there another GUI tool that can be used?
