Key Value storage for more than 200 key's and names

hi everyone,
I have a worry, because I want to save more than 200 key-value (list of names and ID key) in flash
I have try NVS and Preferences, that work fine but seems limited in size and cannot store all
I read that NVS is limited to 4K and can't be change
Seems Preferences have same limit or any know how to extend memory size for Preferences data ?
or another solution ?

I have used nvs partitions of 56 and 60KB by altering the partition table. Capacity is in the thousands.
