Why my topic is not published yet?

I wonder, why my topic is still not published after more than a day?

Hi Insanoff,

Because it was the weekend, and we don't work 7 days a week.

The post has been published now. We get quite a lot of spam posts, which is why we have to manually approve each user's first couple of posts.
