Slow MINGW32 make commands

Hi

I'm recently started with the ESP32 LyraT board and I'm trying to upload some basic examples (windows 10) like Hello World.
I'm experiencing that the MINGW32 is very slow in performing 'make flash', 'make app-flash', etc.
I searched the internet for solutions but there is so many out there that I cannot find a proper one for me.
