Eclipse Installation question

Hi

I was following the Eclipse installation for esp32-wroom. It mentions to include xtensa-esp32-elf/bin in the include path.

This wasn't installed as part of the instructions that I followed.

Is the xtensa install required? If so, where do I find the download and installation instructions for this.
