Hi guys, few year ago I saw a developer board for a Mediatek SoC. What surprised me was that the epoxy plastic on the chip was bright orange. I'm not sure if the epoxy was coloured orange in mass, or it was just painted/silk-screened over.
Does anybody know what packaging house does that?
