TCP Client - Half open Connections

Hi,

I am running a tcp server on ESP-32 which can communicate with one client at a time. Tcp Client is an android app, which disconnects automatically if remain in idle state, without informing the server.

My question is how to establish a new connection and close the old connection??

Looking for your response on urgent basis.
