Hi espressif!
Congratulations!
Happy about ESP32 - you are 24/7 hard working team of professionals.
Wish you with the ESP 32 to repeat the success in the ESP8266, and even further afield .... ESP is great! "First User Posting" - done!
Have a few questions arround technicals outside your Developer Brief:
a) Have read that Core is Tensilica Diamond 108. Right ?
b) We have 128 KB Instruction RAM ?
c) We have 128 KB Data RAM0 and 128 KB Data RAM1 ?
d) We have full eMMC Support ?
e) Chip Size Pack is QFN ?
f) More accurate : QFN 48 ?
g) More detail accurate : 7 mm x 7 mm ?
h) Pico More detail accurate : Is this the new ESP32 alias ESP8632

i) Chip Layer is 50 ?
j) Is there just in Time Docu about Pin List? ( eagle lib, cad )
k) Is there just in Time Docu about Pin Function? ( HDK recommendation )
Would fine for all answeres
If a few questions can not be answered just in time now for reason, it would help to get answers for the other that can be answere "free".
Thank you for your efforts and service!

Re: What Core does ESP32 is and which Chip Pack size we must solder and other..?
Yes, it's a Tensilica L108 Core.
The memory map will be release soon.
Yes, we have full support for eMMC.
6mm x 6mm QFN 48 pin.
The names are still being debated internally.
Number of layers in the chip layer is about 40, if it's the process steps that you are counting. We are considered frugal in this respect. :_)
Hardware docs for the modules will be available next week.
Same for pin functions.
