How is a memory planned in esp32?
We got external flash, but what about volatile memory, where is SRAM stored?

In the ESP32 Technical Reference Manual (http://espressif.com/sites/default/file ... ual_en.pdf) on page 11, Figure 2, there is a diagram of the CPU address space which illustrates where different devices (including RAM) can be found. It also appears that section 1.3 goes on to provide a narrative of the story.
