how to change the service name for esp32 ble?

Now that I have added a service, the unknown service is displayed on the phone, and the characteristic below the service also shows unknown characteristic.
How do I modify it?
I use gatts_demo.c.

Its not possible. It is implemented in client app on your smartphone, im guessing its nRF connect or similar.

You can do two things:
- implement this in your client app on smartphone,
- use known service and characteristic UUID from SIG list.

In theory there is one more option, you can buy UUID from SIG, but its very expensive and there is no certainty it will be added to known client applications or when.
