Release 3.0

Do we have esp-idf release 3.0 yet or tag release/3.0 on github is just preparation to realease esp-idf v3.0?

This is preparation to release esp-idf v3.0.
Once released, it will show up under https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/releases
