I'm new to ESP32 world, but succeded install esp_idf and to flash first example programs, like blink, power_save.
But using wifi the board is rebooting cyclically possibly due to power problems.
I tried other cables USB ports but without success. But I use direct USB power adapter, the ESP32 seems to work, I can ping it.
I would need the terminal monitor to see what happening to the program but USB cable does not supply esp well.
I wonder if I can power the board externally AND use usb cable to monitor it.
OK, I've read the docs that is is "the power supply may be provided using only one of the above options."
Is there a way to trick?
thanks
LaZ
Anyway I've measured 4.57V and 3.28V on the board.
