Serial flasher config is not appeared in menuconfig

Hi,
I have a problem that when I google it, it seems that nobody has not came across this problem, I am using ESP32(Geekworm) development board. When I am trying to the set up the helloworld or blink project on Linux ubuntu, I have two problems:

1)after doing menuconfig, the "Serial flasher config" sub-menu is not appeared on "Development Framework Configuration"

note: the serial port works using putty and minicom.

2) If I add user to dialout once and I log out and log in again, it is not saved and I have to do it every time in the path of the project(helloworld) before seeing out put on putty or minicom.

I appreciate any solution or idea about these two problem.
