New to development boards looking for info

Hello, I have a simple project that i am trying to design. I am looking for any help to get this done. I would be willing to pay someone to help design this for me. I would prefer to speak privately about this. My application is a simple switch that would to communicate via bluetooth (BLE). Was hoping to use an ESP32 development board for this.
