individual 2.4 GHz communication on ESP32

Hi there,

I want to create a communication between two ESP32´s. It should be part of a time measurement system. For this is the standart wifi-protocol to slow. I don´t have to send large packages, only a fast and short connection between transceiver and receiver.
Is this possible? Has anyone a code-example?
I´m new at this, a need a little starting help...
And I´m using eclipse for programming.
