serial too busy to upload new sketch

Hi.
Following a youtube tutorial about hall sensor, I change the serial output to 115200 (my mistake) and now, I can't upload another sketch.
there is some way to stop the current running program?

What happens when you try and upload a sketch? My thinking is that a re-flash of the ESP32 causes the device to enter flash mode and no program is running while the new program is being loaded.
