BLE not connect with NRF and giving error of Error 62(0x3e): GATT CONN FAIL ESTABLISH & Error 8(0x8): GATT CONN TIMEOUT

3. In my ESP32 WROOM-32 module is giving an error of Error 62(0x3e): GATT CONN FAIL ESTABLISH & Error 8(0x8): GATT CONN TIMEOUT in NRF application & not establishing the connection.

5. I am using the ESP32 WROOM-32 module on our PCB and we are using our board on main power of 12V DC & on backup battery with 3.3V - 4.2V DC supply. So there are two cases FYI:-

7. CASE 1:- Device gets power up on Main power of 12V DC then our BLE gets up properly & it works as accepted.
8. CASE 2:- Device gets power up on Backup power of 3.3V - 4.2V DC & we are getting the error of Error 62(0x3e): GATT CONN FAIL ESTABLISH & Error 8(0x8): GATT CONN TIMEOUT & device doesn't connect with nrf. (Note it is happening in only few devices)

10. The CASE 2 is really a serious concern for us as it is only happen in few ESP32 modules so it is hard to evaluate as we are in MASS PRODUCTION phase so we can't afford this error.

12. I hope my concern will be taken into consideration & i get the solution ASAP. Please refer the attached screen shots for your reference.

Your 3.3V regulator is probably faulty or not suitable for supplying the required current.
