Debugging of Esp32c6 with builtin-usb-jtag

Hello,

I am working with Esp32-c6 module and the tool is Espressif ide. I started the debugging of Esp32c6 module using builtin usb jtag but it is not entering into debugging mode showing some errors which are mentioned below.
Please can you solve me to solve this errors.
