ESP32_Devkitc_v4 - Sometimes resets in a loop and sometime works

Dear Members,

I am developing the code to collect the CSI data in sniffer mode. The code does the following,
1. Sometime works fine.
2. Sometimes gets into the reset loop.
3. Sometimes collects the CSI data quickly and sometime.
4. when, idf.py -p /dev/ttyUSB0 flash monitor is given, the CSI data will not be collected soon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
