md5 of file does not match data in flash

1. Hello
2. I am not able to program a esp-WROOM32 by arduinoide 2.2.1
3. The sketch is compiled completely without any failer message. But after 100% writing to the esp do I get the message:

5. A fatal error occurred: MD5 of file does not match data in flash!
6. Fehlgeschlagenes Hochladen: Hochladefehler: exit status 2
7.  
8. I was able to write some sketches, than did I get that failor message and was not more able to program the ESP.
9. What can I do?

Are you using GPIO12 for anything? If so, that is a bootstrap pin and having it pulled to the wrong level gives this symptom.
