Problems using flash_download_tool_3.9.5

Hello, we are trying to upload a firmware using version 3.9.5 and the upload gives an error:

However, a colleague did the same process with the ESP32 FLASH DOWNLOAD TOOL V3.9.3 version and it worked perfectly.

This version is not available now, there is only the latest 3.9.5 which is heavier than the previous one.
Is it possible to get version V3.9.3???

Any idea what the problem might be?

I did try 3.9.5 and it is working Ok for me.
