ESP32-S3R8 PSRAM 120MHz DDR SPI0 not present in TRM

We would like to move from STM32 and port our RTOS to ESP32-S3R8 but lack of information in TRM stops us.
Also there is no information on how to use SPI0. Our product have intensive GUI and we need to get maximum performance from in-package PSRAM 120MHz DDR.
Could someone point where to find information about
1. SPI0 usage
2. In-package PSRAM datasheet(latency, registers,low refresh rate).
