how to access external mmu and enable all peripheral for a single Process ID Controller(PID)

Hi i want to access external mmu and enable all peripheral for a single Process ID Controller(PID) of esp32. I looked into https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... em/mm.html this api and some other links but I don't understand how this work. by default PID is zero but i want to access it via 3.
