Currently I am looking for information on how to control the ISELED LEDs using ESP32.
So far I have not found any projects.
Conceivable is a control via driver IC for example the INLC10 or directly via ESP32. But the ISELED protocol is not published as far as I know....
Does anyone have experience or know a link where someone has dealt with the topic?
It would help me very much.

I am interested in this topic too, seems I will move the project forward (have 1 -2 commercial larger projects, so I will have the ICs and LEDs alot too)
Here is company producing ISELED communication ICs, they provide wafers for other companies they encapsulate LEDs too. There is protocol commands description too :

If you want to help to create something together, you are welcome, let me know (not 100% sure I will do it with ESP, might go with NXP or Microchip..... https://iseled.com/controllers.html
