ESP32_C3 code doesn't run in ESP32 DEV?

What code, what SDK, define 'doesn't run'? If you're trying to flash a C3 binary to an ESP32, yeah that will never work. If you have a well-written ESP-IDF or Arduino project, you should be able to change targets with very little hassle.
