Reading external USB mass storage

Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to plug the ESP32-S3 on a medical fridge that has a female USB C port that acts as a mass storage (FAT16/32). I would like to read text files containing temperature information from this fridge and make them available via an endpoint over the wifi network.
