double edge PWM generation

Can we create double edge PWM using ESP 32 S2 dev.board..if yes how ,is there any library or need code modifications

The ESP32 has the "Motor Control Pulse Width Modulator (MCPWM)" which may be what you're looking for, but the ESP32-S2 doesn't have one so I think you're out of luck.
