ESP32-S3 SOC

Hello, I'm new to the ESP ecosystem and looking into incorporating ESP-32 S3 into one of my products. I want to know if its possible to use the SOC with out any external memory. If so do i need to do any change in the esp-idf?

The ESP32S3 needs some memory to run its program from. You can either add external flash, or use one of the ESP32S3 chips that have the flash integrated in the package, e.g. the ESP32-S3FN8.
