Unable to run Wifi adaptivity tool in EspRFTestTool

Hello,
I wanted to evaluate different RF parameters using ESpRFTesTool. But whenever I try to create AP under Wifi adaptivity in EspRFTestTool, I keep getting this error:.

DEBUG:phy -S -o 1 -m n

What could be the reason for this?
Also, is there any other way to evaluate RF capabilities of ESP32?
