ESP32 with Android

Hi expert

We are making a device ( hardware ) using ESP32 for STEM syllabus, That we are going to use Scratch3 software (App) to program ESP32

What we need to confirm is

Is there any possibility to program ESP32 using Android TAB that installed Scratch3(App) or any similar scratch software ( App)
