Esp-wroom 32 Voice command/speech recognition

Hello,
I have an esp wroom 32, i'm applying a prpject where a voice command/speech recognition is needed. I noticed a wakenet and multinet technology provided by espressif but it needs certain esp model. My question is there recommendations other than Online APIs? Can i run the multinet and wakenet on the esp wroom 32 if i connect it to an external board to convert analog to digital?
