Developer wanted - ESP32 and ATmega 1284 CPU projects

Group,
I have been maintaining the above systems for about 28 years. Started with Z80 micros, progressed to DIGI cores and now moved into ESP32 and ATMega 1284. I am retiring in 2025 and looking for a developer in the Austin TX area that would like to take over these projects for a local company.
Essentially 5 major control PCBs. Micros are:
Two of the system run ESP32-DevKitC-32UE as the core.
Two of the systems run ATMega 1284 CPU as the core.
One of the systems runs PIC24FV16KA302 as the core.
Firmware is in C and C++ running in Visual Micro (Arduino) on the Visual Studio dev. system. The PIC system uses C and C++ on MPLAB and the XC16 compiler.
The ESP32 and ATMega 1284 both use FreeRTOS for a multitasking environment.
All the code is completed and testing. Just looking for someone to maintain the systems in the future. A knowledge of PCB design and production would be advantageous.
Any advise on how to find a local developer would be appreciated.
Thanks, David
