Tx port is down or something ??

Well i just bought an esp32 DEV kit v1
after installing the core in the arduino IDE for it , i tried to upload a test sketch , i held the BOOT button while the "connecting" message poped up , but it kept giving me an error
any help please ?

Most likely is a bad cable. Use a cable that you know can transfer data, and try it in a different usb port.

i tested 3 other different cables , with two computers , but nothing changed
