Streaming UBX packets over BLE

Hi all
I am stuck, how do I stream my UBX binary data over BLE to device?

I have tried, but that's not right I believe.
tx_pCharacteristic->setValue( SerialGPS.read());
tx_pCharacteristic->notify();
