GPIO 38-38 = ADC1-ADC2?

Espressif specifies:

The ADC driver API supports ADC1 (8 channels, attached to GPIOs 32 - 39),

That should include GPIO 37,38, logically with ADC1 and 2 respectively.

The Vroom module does not expose these pins, so one have only 6 ADC inputs freely usable. (all ADC2 pins are is mainly not usable with WiFi).

Now the TTGO T1 module (with a TFT display) exposes GPIO37,38 but the pinout do not show these pins as being ADC pins.

Do you know why these pins (restricted as digital outputs) are shown without ADC?

What is true?

What is the "internal switch amplifier"?
