Software reset in light sleep mode on touch pressed

I have observed that my program crashes in light sleep mode after calling
touch_pad_t touchPin=esp_sleep_get_touchpad_wakeup_status();
That does't happen in deep sleep mode.

Reported error message:

Any idea,why that is happening?
