Trying to make a network connected 64x64 HUB75 LED Panel using esp32+sim800l

I am using PxMatrix library to run a 32x32 HUB75 Led panel using a TTGO esp32 board with a sim800l on it. Right now, I can show 64x64 utft images onto it. Reference this Instructable. https://www.instructables.com/RGB-LED-M ... n-ESP8266/

I have a node red server set up on raspberry pi. I am trying to send the image data from node red to the device via gsm. Reference this tutorial. https://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp32-s ... -to-cloud/

Can someone point me to a direction on how this can be done? I was thinking of using mqtt subscribe from the esp32, but there's a max data limit on the pubsubclient of 128bytes. I also thought of loading a cache of images on a SD card and then just display them based on a number recieved from nodered, but that would probably be my last resort.

I basically will have about 10 of these displays outside and I need them to sync with whatever I am putting up in node red. Any suggestions on how to send 40kb from node red to esp32 through the built in sim800l?

Thanks in advance.
