I'm using some esp32 DevkitC to send a little packets to my router, the esp32s are constantly moving so they come and go from coverage area
I wonder if there is a way to tweak / configure the Connection / Disconnection timeouts , there is "unlimited" power so I don't care if this may increase the power comsumption , in other words, I need to know as soon as possible I'm not longer connected to the router and I need also to increase the number of reconnect retries to lower the time beetween the esp enters on wifi range and try to reconnect again
By other hand, as this datasheet (Page 35, 5.6 Wifi Radio) 11b, 1 Mbps has the greater tx power and sensitivity , so I guess, the best distance range aswell, The question: is just enoutgh to setup on my router Only 11b mode? or may i need to setup something in esp32 code aswel? I see there are two 11b modes, 1Mbps and 11Mbps, on my router I see only 11b mode but not speed, can i force esp to work a 1Mbps?
