ESP32 MTDI Pin consideration.

I have an ESP32D0WDQ5 (revision 1).
I have been reading up on the strapping pins but I cant find a reliable documentation for this part of this chipset.
1) Can I use MTDI pin as an input (Deep sleep Wakeup).
2) If not can I use it as output?
3) Should I consider keeping it pulled up? Any advantage/disadvantage to it?
Any help would be appreciated.
