Lowest power mode With Wifi

My project uses a Accelerometer that needs to be read 10~20 times a second, and send that data over Wi-fi.
It currently is using a 500mAh Li-Po and as it is a wearable it cannot use a larger one.
It is supposed to use 120+mA while using wireless Tx, I have disabled the Bluetooth but I am unaware of the impact on its draw.
Ive read the Datasheet for the ESP32 Wroom module and was wondering if there was anyway to lower the power consumption? Ive spent a few days looking through many of the methods people are using, and have a few more unanswered questions about the following.
I have seen people using the Co processor by itself to do this and it seems okay.
I am aware of UnderClocking it to 80Mhz and there is an option under the tools menu to go as low as 40Mhz.
Is there anyway to disable one core? I have seen examples of using only one core but not disabling one for power consumption reduction.
I'm largely self taught and do well form examples but any help will be greatly appreciated.
