I got it!
I replaced a lib file
libspi_flash.a
from esp-idf-v4.4 to ~\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\2.0.3\tools\sdk\esp32c3\qspi_qspi\ .

Then, everything is fine.
