ESP32-Wroom-32D hardware timer issue

Hi,
ESP32-wroom-32D hardware timer is not working.

I'm using Arduino 1.8.10 version and
the example code from, Examples->ESP32->Timer->RepeatTimer
1. With NodeMCU board which has core of ESP32-WROOM-32 the above example code works fine.
2. With our custom built-in board which has core of ESP32-WROOM-32D the above is example is NOT working.

can you please let me know is there any other library to included for the for WROOM-32D?
