Where is the library documentation?

I've looked all over for a "Read the Docs" style online API reference (or similar) covering these libraries:

I know that some of it is covered in the Arduino reference, as mentioned here:

But there's a lot of stuff here that's unique to the ESP32.

Is the sample code all there is?
