Hello, I'm soldering my first QFN soldering onto a breadboard friend PCB prototyping. Sense I do not need bluetooth. How can I disable the bluetooth and Wifi? I only need it for the processing power only. I'm using the arduino IDE to program. I'm not much of a programmer. Any help in coding would be great.

If you do not actively initialize wifi and bluetooth, then they will not be enabled, and the necessary code bases do not need be included in your firmware.
