BLE no Reconnect with Arduino IDE ESP 32 1.0.6

Hi out there

i have a known issue with the Arduino IDE with ESP32 version 1.0.6
BLE locks after disconnect and one ist not able to reconnect.

In a post I found it is stated that the current master in github should solve this.
But I could not find documentation how to install the current master into ~/.arduino15

I would appreciate an hints on:

• How to install this current master to replace the latest version 1.0.6 in the arduino IDE

• Any other way to solve this

• when will there be an update to 1.0.7 (or the like)

I am working with Linux MINT 19
Arduino IDE 2.0.0
